On the 17th October our Registered Clydesdale mare Tullymore Leonie (Lexie) gave birth to a beautiful colt by our Shire stallion Wyee Archer. We’ve named him Darkmoor Danny. He’s bay with four high white socks and is the spitting image of his sire at the same age. Danny already has a friendly nature and likes people. On the 4th of October at 2.30am our first foal for the 2012 season was born – a gorgeous black colt with four white socks. It’s been a long wait, but we finally have our first foal!! Ingleside Emily gave birth to a beautiful black colt in January 2012. We’ve named him Darkmoor Jester. His sire is Oakridge Speculator (IMP U.K). Jester is everything we could have hoped for. He’ll be jet black, has four white socks, excellent hock set and is already growing great feather. He clearly inherited the best of both his dam and sire. Watching him grow has been incredible – we can’t wait to see what he’s like as an adult.
