Yass Show 2015
We had a delightful day out at Yass Show this year. This is not a show we’ve entered before, as their open heavy horse classes are new.
We took Darkmoor Lady Elegance & Darkmoor Jazz for an outing, primarily looking to get them some show experience in the lead up to the bigger shows later in the season. Both of them took in the atmosphere gracefully and worked out very well in their classes. Jazz placed second in the mare or filly class and Lady Elegance third.

Werribee Show 2015 We made the (very) long trip down to Victoria for the National Clydesdale & Heavy Horse Festival at Werribee Park in February.
Darkmoor Jester, at his first ever show, went absolutely brilliantly. He performed very well in led and ridden classes, without putting a foot wrong.
Jester won Best Presented Shire and Reserve Champion Gelding on Saturday morning and performed very well in his first go at a dressage test with Ineke Kuiper on Saturday afternoon. Sunday he repeated his solid ridden performance for fourth place with Byron Biffin in the heavy horse ridden class.

Darkmoor Jazz went to her first show at Bungendore this weekend. She did brilliantly -undefeated! – beating quite a few older horses to win: First Shire Mare or Filly Under 2Champion Shire Mare or Filly Supreme Champion ShireGrand Champion Heavy Horse We are ridiculously proud of how Jazz handled her first outing – she calmly took it all in stride and didn’t put a foot wrong. She loved all the cuddles from the public, who fell in love with her. Our yearling filly Ingleside Georgina also did very well, placing Second Mare or Filly Under 2 and Reserve Champion Mare or Filly.

We’re excited to announce Wyee Jessica has foaled another beautiful big black colt with four white socks. We’ve named him Darkmoor Armani. He’s as friendly, playful and curious as all of Jess’s colts. Armani has great movement, a lovely temperament and wonderful conformation. The draught has officially broken!
Ingleside Emily foaled a beautiful black filly to Wyee Archer on 27th August.
We named her Darkmoor Jazz. She’s sweet, curious and absolutely huge. Jazz arrived with more woolly hair than we’ve ever had on a newborn before.Watch Full Movie Online Streaming Online and Download

We are unbelievably delighted to be able to finally announce the arrival of our first filly!!
Tullymore Leonie (Lexie) foaled a beautiful bay filly to Wyee Archer on 19th August. We named her Darkmoor Lady Elegance (Ellie).
Lexie went into labour four weeks early following a difficult pregnancy. We feel very blessed to have a healthy mare and foal after what was a challenging first week of life for little Ellie. She’s proven herself a fighter and is now doing really well.

We are absolutely delighted to announce the arrival of our new Shire mare, Ingleside Felicity.
Felicity has come all the way up from Tasmania and we’re very happy to have her as a part of our herd. She’s got excellent conformation, a great temperament and is part of a very successful line of show horses. We look forward to seeing her foals over the next few years.
Felicity and our other Ingleside mare Emily are old friends (see photo as yearlings below) and we’re looking forward to seeing how they respond to each other after an xxx year break in the friendship!

We are very happy to announce that our young colt, Darkmoor da Vinci, recently passed his two year old colt inspection.
With that under his belt, da Vinci is ready try his hand at breeding this Spring.

Somehow, July has rolled around while we weren’t watching and we now find ourselves less than a month away from our first foal for the year. We’re stocking up on sleep and getting our foaling kits ready. We can’t wait to meet them - we have everything crossed for some fillies!

We had another great year at the Sydney Royal Easter Show. It was fantastic to be a part of such an awesome team - we consider ourselves very lucky to be surrounded by so many wonderful people. A big thank you to Ingleside Shires, Kate Williams, Sheryl Lang, Annette Robinson, Liz Williams, Jess van den Dries and Somone Landry.
We took Darkmoor da Vinci and Ingleside Georgina with us. Both of them handled the atmosphere of such a big show very well and we are super proud of them.
da Vinci placed second in the Colt Under 2 Years and Georgie placed fifth in the Filly Under 2 Years.
